In between a few construction projects Crazy Ed began making beef jerky. After more than a few 4th of July BBQ's and New Years eve parties where he shared his jerky with friends he began to get requests for more. Pretty soon, anytime he walked onto a construction project the carpenters, plumbers, and painters would all be asking if he had more jerky. Finally, after years of crafting the recipe and perfecting it with a friend it has become time to give you the jerky lover a chance to enjoy it.
